Browse our website to find your products of choice. Once you have found a product, select “Add to cart” in case you’d like to keep browsing or click on “Buy it now” if you would only like to buy that specific product. If you add it to the cart, it will display with all the products that you have added (where you can edit the quantity). You can either keep browsing and adding products to cart or when you’re ready you can check out, in which case you should select “Check out”.

During the checkout process you’ll be asked to complete your contact information (or log in if you already have an account), your shipping address, and to confirm the shipping method (either Pickup or Delivery) and payment (Cash on Delivery only). After you’ve finished you can confirm the order by clicking on “Confirm order”.

Please note that you can create an account so you don’t have to complete your information each time you place an order, it’s super easy!

No, accounts are optional, you’ll be able to check out with an account or as a guest. We recommend you create an account to avoid completing your information each time you place an order, and it will allow you to check your order history and update your information. It’s super easy!

We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. For further information, please visit our Payment page.

You can have your order shipped to anywhere in Lebanon or if you rather collect your order, you can. For further information, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 7 working days following the purchase order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged items. For further information, please visit our Returns & Exchange page.
