Speedwel Lebanon’s website is owned and operated by Speedwel SARL. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, and all the terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations that appear or are made available to you on our site. The policies that apply in our direct sales operation may differ from those applicable to your use of our website and you should keep in mind these are separated and related to different locations and platforms. We may refer to anyone using, registering, visiting or taking advantage of any of the features, functions, offers or links made available, on or through our website, as “you” or “your” in our agreement and we may refer to Speedwel as “we”, “us” or “our” (or, of course “Speedwel”).

avonlebanonstore.com is a website operated on behalf of Speedwel SARL. We are registered in the commercial register of Beirut under company number 65241. Speedwel is located at Beirut, Fattal Building.

Online store terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Payments

Payments are accepted only cash on delivery at the address as provided by the consumer.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our liability

We warrant to you that any product purchased from Speedwel through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. Speedwel’s liability for any losses suffered as a result of Speedwell breaching its contract with you is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

Waiver

If Speedwel fails, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if Speedwel fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which they are entitled under a contract with you or any of these terms and conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by Speedwel of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by Speedwel of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these terms of service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these terms of service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms of service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30-day notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Lebanese laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lebanon.
