Shipping policy

You can choose to receive your order at your designated address or pick it up at our warehouse.

Orders with pickup can be collected from our warehouse located in Dany Chamoun Street, Jisr El Wati (Sin El Fil), Beirut, Lebanon, with no shipping charges and will be immediately ready for pickup (during business hours). Your order will be available only 48 hours upon confirmation, so please make sure to pick it up on time.

The delivery service covers all the Lebanese territory. Depending on the delivery area, an additional flat rate will be added to your total purchase amount as a delivery fee, as follows:

• Next Working Day Delivery within Beirut & Greater Beirut (orders from Monday to Friday before 4PM) - $1.50 USD
• 3 Days Delivery to Keserwan - $3.00 USD
• 5 Days Delivery to Beqaa, South, North, Chouf & Aley - $4.00 USD

Our delivery service is through Libanpost and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the process.
